Please note that our boutique is located out of Australia Post's next-day-delivery network and therefore express delivery in metropolitan areas will take between 1-3 business days and regional areas between 1-4 business days from day of dispatch to arrive.
Items will only be dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using express post, a registered freight service by Australia post. Tracking numbers are recorded and emailed to you, along with confirmation of your order being sent.
We recommend sending to a business or PO Box if your home address will be unattended during the day. We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen parcels once we have lodged them with the carrier.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 12pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During sale periods, processing time may be longer. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24-48 hours of next business day. Once dispatched, Australia Post provides mint boutique customers with a 1-3 day delivery service (express) however, please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for western Australia.
